WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

All sessions take place @ Queens Park, Court Oak Road, Harborne, B32 2LB. We are fully authorised by Birmingham City Council to use the park and have risk assessments and insurance in place.

DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT?

Nope, we don't use it. You just need to bring water. 

WHAT'S INVOLVED IN THE SESSIONS?

The sessions are based around simple but quality workouts and effective exercises to increase your metabolism, strengthen your weak spots and firm up your wobbly bits – and make you feel good.


I'M REALLY UNFIT, WILL I BE ABLE TO KEEP UP?

Absolutely because there is no “Keeping Up” here. We cater for all fitness abilities and you simply go at your pace.

DO YOU OFFER PAYG?
